A service provider we use is having issues and we are experiencing downtime for both web and mobile apps.
Update: We're monitoring the recovery of our AI provider --- One of our AI providers is experiencing an outage, which means some AI functions may be temporarily unavailable. These include Story Bible related functions like Characters, Worldbuilding, and Outline.
We are currently seeing that logging into the app is resulting in errors. We are actively investigating the issue.
We have resolved the issue. Login is working normally again.
We are currently seeing app-wide outages, page refreshes, and lost work. Users are also having trouble logging in. We are actively investigating this issue.
