We’re investigating an issue that may prevent eligible promotional offers from applying correctly to new or renewing subscriptions. Affected users may see an unexpected charge or may be unable to complete an upgrade.
The issue has been resolved for new users. We are contacting known affected users to confirm that we will issue refunds today; it may take several days for refunds to appear, depending on bank processing times.
This issue is now resolved.
